Aladdin Group Expertise in Halal

Prof Irwandi Jaswir who is Aladdin Group shareholder, director and head in Halal compliance received over 50 International Awards, and 1st person in the world conferred King Faisal International Prize 2018, (Service to Islam), 2nd Most Recognised Award after Nobel Prize. He also holds 8 patents and publish over 200 research journals.
Irwandi's victory was announced directly by King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud in a magnificent event held at the Faisaliyah Hotel, Riyadh, on Monday, March 26, 2018 evening.
Professor Irwandi (48), born in Medan, is known by the nickname "Halal Professor". He received this nickname for his great contribution to the development of Halal Science.
Its contribution makes it easier for Muslims to detect haram elements in food or other products, such as medicines and cosmetics."It is an extraordinary pride that a child of the nation has succeeded in winning this prestigious award. This is a real international award for Indonesian intellectuals," said the Indonesian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Agus Maftuh Abegebriel, who attended with a VVIP invitation from the King Faisal Foundation.
"I was also proud when on the night of the super luxurious show, I saw the Red and White flag lined up among six flags, namely Saudi Arabia, England, the United States, Jordan, Tunisia and Indonesia," said Agus Maftuh.
In his brief remarks before King Salman and the audience, Professor Irwandi Jaswir invited Islamic researchers throughout the world to continue to work and contribute their thoughts and scientific research to Islam in all aspects of scientific disciplines as a contribution to humanity.
He stuttered and was moved when he expressed his gratitude to his mother who was present at the forum and his late father.
On a separate occasion, Irwandi at the Indonesian Embassy in Saudi Arabia shared his experiences from IPB to IIUM Malaysia related to his consistency in conducting Halal Industry research and also his experience in interacting with countries that focus on halal products such as Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and Brazil.
